Due to growth and increased workload we are searching for an experienced bathroom installer.
TH Developments is a Family owned and managed company running 7 install teams, we pride ourselves on exceptional installs and service. We work as a team and really believe we are a family.
In the role of bathroom installer the candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional bathroom fitting skills and knowledge together with the attributes to manage projects efficiently and with diligence. You will be working along side a fitter / trainee fitter and will working as a 2 man team, managing that teams project and reporting directly to the installations manager.
The successful candidate will possess over 5 years of plumbing / bathroom fitting experience within domestic applications.
The successful candidate will live within the local area and be able to commute to and from our offices based in Redditch.
Duties will include:-
· Wall paneling
· All plumbing
· Flooring - LVT and cushion floor.
· Dry lining and plastering
· Wetrooms - DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
· Custom wood work
The role will be PAYE paid 28th of every month with 28 days holiday pay. subject to a 6 month probationary period. Company van for business use and company phone.
Hours of work are 730am till 430pm Monday to Friday.
