Job Description
Install, repair and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
Carry out routine inspection of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other defects.
Attend plumbing complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly.
Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, taps, fittings, pumps, and other plumbing components.
Ensure uninterrupted water supply and proper functioning of drainage and sewage systems.
Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems as per the maintenance schedule.
Maintain overhead tanks, underground tanks, water pumps, pipelines, and related accessories.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and external contractors during repair and renovation works.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials used.
Follow hospital safety policies, infection control practices, and statutory regulations while carrying out maintenance work.
Ensure proper use and upkeep of plumbing tools and equipment.
Report major repairs, recurring issues, and material requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Support other maintenance activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completion of maintenance work.
Be available to attend emergency plumbing issues during on-call or after-duty hours, if required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
