Plumber Apprentice Excavator Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumber to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals someone with experience in service work as well as underground utilities. Must be comfortable working with and around heavy equipment. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will assist in various plumbing tasks, learning essential skills and techniques that will help you advance in your plumbing career.

Duties

Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.
Help with the assembly and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
Operate power tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Ability to work safely in trenches with and around heavy equipment.
Skills

Working knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and maintain various plumbing installations.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing layouts.
Experience with power tools
Minimum 2 years experience on heavy equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Must already be registered as apprentice plumber.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on the job site.
