Position Overview
As a PLC Programmer, you will play a critical role in designing, programming, and commissioning control systems that power modern manufacturing facilities. You will lead the development of PLC-based automation solutions, primarily using Beckhoff and Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) platforms, to control material handling systems, conveyors, and integrated manufacturing processes.
This role requires strong real-world problem-solving skills, the ability to work directly with customers on-site, and the technical depth to diagnose and resolve issues in live production environments. You will collaborate across disciplines, integrating electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and software into reliable, high-performance automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems for manufacturing and material handling applications.
Program, debug, and optimize Beckhoff & Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLC systems.
Develop and configure HMI applications for operator interaction, diagnostics, and system visualization.
Perform system integration including PLC interfacing with sensors, actuators, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
Commission and troubleshoot systems on customer sites, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time production environments.
Collaborate directly with customers during installation, startup, and project reviews.
Work cross-functionally with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure cohesive system design.
Support documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of automation standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience programming PLCs.
