Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities (rhymes, storytelling, play-based learning, art & craft)
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support children’s emotional, social, and behavioral development
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children
• Maintain daily records of attendance and child progress
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and activities
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of children at all times
• Organize events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude toward children
• Creativity in teaching methods
• Basic classroom management skills
• Ability to handle young children calmly and responsibly
