About Our Client

We are a fast-growing fintech startup based in Pune. In June 2026, we launched an app to check and monitor credit scores. It is the only app in India that helps consumers improve their credit scores via an AI-based score planner.

Job Description

• Build the framework for the developer platform.

• Work with application teams to build and their sandboxes, test frameworks and APIs into

• the framework.

• Establish engineering processes in the organization.

• Bring more artifacts like documentation, ML models, data catalogs into the developer

• platform.

• Run fortnightly Scrums to deliver features as per backlog.

• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development area

The Successful Applicant

• 10 years of technical hands-on experience with at least 2 years in leading teams of 5-10 engineers.

• This is a leadership role hence previous experience in building developer tooling and leading teams is a must.

• Experience in building developer platforms APIs, sandboxes, documentation test frameworks.

• Strong experience with Javascript/Nodejs programming language (JavaScript/Nodejs is

• preferred but any other language is also fine).

• Experience with Backstage will be helpful.

• Hands-on prior experience with scalable Cloud based architectures.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
