Job Title: Plastic Goods Manufacturing Specialist
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blow Molding Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring blow moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic goods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products being produced to ensure they meet established standards.
• Maintenance Support: Perform assigned preventative maintenance work to ensure the optimal performance of blow moulding machines.
• Training and Development: Assist in the training of new Operators and participate in continuous quality improvement projects as assigned.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with Production Shift Supervisors and assist other Operators and maintenance personnel as needed.

Requirements:
• Operational Experience: Proven experience in operating blow moulding machines or similar equipment is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance principles is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues.

Working Conditions:
• Shift Work: Be prepared to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods is required.
