JOB DESCRIPTION-MSEPL/JD/005 Operations Manager

Job Objective: Problem Solving, Profit Increase & Planning

Reports to: Director

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Expected CTC: INR 6,00,000 per annum

Experience: 10 Years Minimum

Overall responsibility of successful plant operations towards meeting objectives of Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Maintenance and Safety.

Reporting to Managing Director for customer orders and any resource requirements to run plant smoothly.

Expected to have rich experience in Production Planning, Quality Planning, Material Planning, HR Planning, Plant & Machinery Maintenance Management, Customer Interface and taking corrective actions, Data Analyses and Improvement.
Plant Efficiency Management to achieve maximum productivity, hugest levels of quality products and zero maintenance of machines and utilities
Hands on experience in capacity building of Plant & Machinery in case of new orders, new product development initiatives, project management skills etc.
Manpower Planning and Worker management
Independent commitment of ensuring smooth plant operations without any complications.
Entry Level Experience: 15+ Years

Age: 40 yrs +

Overall manpower planning and allocation as per order requirements for the PET department.

Production, Planning & Control (PPC) for PET and update on a daily basis.

Setting and achieving production and productivity targets

Quality assurance and quality control of products assisted by quality team
