Job Description
1. Male Candidates are preferable.
2. Candidate having Experience into Manufacturing Industry
3. Candidate having 3-5 Years of Experience
4. Responsible for Handling Attendance, Statutory compliances (PF/ ESI etc.).
5. Contractors and Contract Labour Management.
6. Ensure Statutory registers, Notices, Display boards etc.
7. Co-coordinating with candidates to collect documents for joining formalities
8. Maintaining HR MIS data monthly, quarterly, yearly.
+. Personnel Hygiene condition of plant, welfare, security and fire & safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
