Leading pharmaceutical company requires Plant Finance Head --Ahmedabad (Mehemdabad)-Gujrat)

We are looking out for Plant Finance Head for our client office in Mehemdabad in Gujrat

Job Title:Plant Finance head
Location:Ahemdabad (Mehemdabad)
Reporting To:Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Experience:6 - 10 years
Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA)
Industry Preference:Manufacturing / Pharmaceuticals / FMCG
Key Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing Finance
Drive plant finance and manufacturing cost control.
Monitor: COGS, Yield analysis, Batch costing, Inventory valuation, Variance analysis
Partner with operations to improve manufacturing efficiencies and profitability.
Review inventory controls, slow-moving inventory, and working capital optimization.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Prepare MIS for Mgt and Board covering Plant KPIs; conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Supporting CFO for investor presentations for Group; respond to investor queries and data requests.
3. Internal Controls & Governance
Strengthen internal financial controls and governance framework.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, lead process automation and control improvements.
4. Treasury
Monitor & Plan cash flow, liquidity and working capital (DSO, DPO, DIO).
Support banking relationships and financing arrangements.
5. Business Partnering
Partner with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, sales, and commercial teams.
Provide financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Evaluate new business opportunities, capital expenditure proposals, and investment decisions.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Internal financial controls
Treasury operations
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Advanced Excel and Power BI preferred
