Plant Controller - Finance & Accounts - Machinery Manufacturing Firm - CA/CMA

Industry: Machinery Manufacturing (Newly Acquired Plant)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller - Finance & Accounts to lead the financial operations of our newly acquired manufacturing plant in Bangalore.

This is a critical leadership role where the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire finance function of the plant and acting as a strategic partner to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounts function for the plant

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS

- Monitor cost control, variance analysis, and profitability improvement

- Oversee compliance, audits, taxation, and statutory requirements

- Partner with plant operations team to improve efficiency and cost optimization

- Establish strong internal controls and financial discipline

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA / CMA with strong experience in manufacturing setup

- Proven track record of handling plant-level finance independently

- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and plant operations

- Leadership mindset with ability to manage cross-functional teams

- Hands-on, proactive, and capable of setting up systems in a new plant environment

Reporting To: Deputy CFO
