Key Responsibilities:
• Support job placement activities for students and job-seekers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and companies.
• Understand candidate profiles and align them with relevant job roles.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with recruiters, and follow up on selection status.
• Provide basic career guidance, including resume tips and interview preparation.
• Maintain candidate and placement data for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure job readiness of candidates.
• Keep up with hiring trends and market needs across various industries.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, HR, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the placement and talent industry.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
