2–4 years of experience in Placement Management, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Staffing, or IT Recruitment is preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong corporate networking and business development abilities.
Knowledge of IT hiring processes and recruitment practices.
Student counseling and placement coordination experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
