Job Title: Placement Executive / Placement Coordinator We are looking for a proactive and energetic Placement Executive to manage candidate placements and coordinate with companies for job opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Contact companies and generate job opportunities for students Screen and shortlist candidates as per company requirements Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies Follow up with candidates and employers for interview status Maintain data of candidates, interviews, and placements Ensure smooth placement process from interview to joining Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English) Basic knowledge of calling and coordination Fresher / 1–2 years experience can apply Confident, active, and ready to learn Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary Incentive per successful placement 5 days paid training will be provided Working Details: Location: Jaipur Working Hours: Full-time
