Job Description: Vehicle Technician (Car Manufacturing/Agency Dealer)
Position: Vehicle Technician (Mechanical/Electrical/Engine Specialist)
Location: Gulf Region / India (for candidates from Indian Car Manufacturing Companies or Direct Agency Dealers)
Contract: 2 Years (Renewable)
Duty Hours: 8 Hours per day, 3 Alternating Shifts (Changing Weekly)
Weekly Off: 1 Weekly Off + OT on Off day, Public Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
• Engine Mechanical/Electrical Inspection:
• Inspect vehicle engines, mechanical, and electrical components to diagnose and identify issues accurately.
• Vehicle Computer Electronics Systems:
• Inspect and assess vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade them.
• Routine Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Customer Interaction:
• Engage with customers to discuss any issues and provide excellent customer service, ensuring their satisfaction with services rendered.
• Safety SOP Adherence:
• Follow established safety procedures and adhere to standard operating procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Software Proficiency:
• Use industry-specific software tools to support diagnostics and repairs efficiently.
• Problem-Solving Decision-Making:
• Display excellent decision-making skills in diagnosing vehicle issues and providing effective solutions.
Required Qualifications Experience:
• Education:
• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of Gulf experience or experience with Indian car manufacturing companies or direct agency dealers.
• Skills:
• Proficient in vehicle engine, mechanical, and electrical system diagnostics.
• Skilled in using industry-specific software for vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
