Job Description
What you'll be doing
Designing and leading Pilates classes tailored to the needs and abilities of our staff
Providing instruction and guidance to ensure staff perform exercises safely and effectively
Monitoring progress and adjusting class plans to meet their evolving needs
Maintaining a positive, motivating and inclusive environment
Liaising with the management team to ensure class schedules and offerings align with staff demand
Mentor student teachers undertaking pilates certification and being willing to sign off on practicum and supervision hours.
What we're looking for
Qualification in Pilates instruction (Certificate IV in fitness required) or equivalent
Some experience teaching Pilates to a range of ages and abilities
In-depth knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students
Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit the needs of individual students
