• Use caution while driving tractor-trailers to safeguard the well-being of all motorists.
• Undertake thorough vehicle inspections before and after every trip to ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
• Develop and maintain a delivery route plan that ensures timely arrivals to all designated destinations.
• The industry norms for safe transportation, including secure packaging and appropriate handling, ensure that all shipments reach their intended destination without any mishap.
• To promote smooth and efficient deliveries, it is crucial to establish effective communication channels with dispatchers and customers from the outset.
• Enhance your success in the role by diligently tracking work hours and meticulously documenting vehicle upkeep information.
• All employees must prioritize the adherence to safety protocols and DOT regulations in order to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Reporting vehicle issues, accidents, or violations promptly is necessary to ensure safety and follow regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Acquiring a legitimate and established Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record.
• Fulfilling the requirements of a DOT physical exam and drug screening is necessary to proceed in the job application process.
• A practiced professional in complying with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Show proficiency in time management and organizing tasks thoroughly.
• Skilled in the safe and systematic handling of cumbersome objects during transportation.
• Unrivaled customer service and communication skills that result in positive customer experiences and business growth.
• Keeping safety a top priority and complying with regulations requires that vehicle issues, accidents, and violations be reported promptly.
