Do you want to make piano classes more accessible for the next generation of piano players?
Are you an experienced piano tutor feeling exhausted from the constant admin, marketing, and isolation of going it alone?
Do you love teaching but find yourself bogged down by tasks that take you away from what you do best helping students grow?
At Key Sounds UK Piano School, we believe that great teachers deserve great support. We’re not just building piano skills we’re cultivating Communication, Confidence, and Community (our 3C Philosophy), for students and for the dedicated tutors who guide them. Our school is a nurturing space for growth-minded, passionate individuals who want to be part of something bigger where collaboration, creativity, and connection come first.
Our hiring process for successful candidates would be within 14 days of us sharing the feedback from our interview or sooner
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver 1-2-1 piano lessons which include music theory
✅ Share student feedback after each class
✅ Maintain up-to-date records of sessions and progress
✅ Stay up-to-date with piano and music theory syllabus changes
✅ Collaborate with team members when you feel unsure about a particular method
✅ Be available to deliver classes on our agreed hours
How You Can Thrive in this Role

✅ Strong subject knowledge.
✅ Ability to build rapport with parents and students
Non-Negotiables
We’re selective for a reason we want the best experience for our students and our team.
To be a successful fit, you must
✅ To have at least 5 years of piano tutoring experience.
✅ Either live locally (location specified in the job ad) or have a car and valid UK driver’s license to deliver in-home lessons.
✅ Be patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent you’ll be working closely with families and young learners.
✅ Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.
