Job Description
This is a full-time role for a physiotherapy leader at our hospital in Hyderabad.
The physiotherapy leader will oversee the physiotherapy department, coordinate with medical staff to develop patient treatment plans, conduct assessments and treatments, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
The role also involves supervising junior physiotherapists, maintaining patient records, and participating in continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications
A master's degree in physiotherapy with specialization in orthopaedics is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting is also required. Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, spine & sports injury is mandatory. Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and diagnosing movement dysfunction is required. Expertise in creating and implementing tailored physiotherapy treatment plans is also required. Ability to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment is essential. Collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and excellent patient education and counseling skills are also required.
