Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Physics STEM Trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students. The trainer will teach core physics concepts through experiments, demonstrations, real-world applications, and STEM-based activities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive Physics and STEM training sessions for students.
Explain physics concepts such as mechanics, motion, force, energy, waves, electricity, magnetism, and optics in a simple and engaging manner.
Develop lesson plans, activities, experiments, quizzes, and assessments.
Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on STEM activities.
Connect physics concepts with real-world applications, technology, engineering, and everyday life.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and scientific curiosity.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt teaching methods based on students' age, learning level, and requirements.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with the curriculum/content team to improve learning materials.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Physics fundamentals and STEM concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Experience with practical experiments and STEM activities.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable using digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Physics teaching, STEM training, tutoring, or educational content delivery.
Freshers with strong Physics knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Experience working with school students or STEM education programs is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project-based or activity-based learning.
Familiarity with robotics, electronics, coding, or other interdisciplinary STEM areas.
Experience delivering online or hybrid training sessions.
Ability to create engaging educational content and demonstrations.
