TYPE OF WORK: Physical Education Teacher
LOCATION OF WORK: Huntley High School
STARTING DATE: 2026 / 2027 School Year
WORK HOURS: 10 Months / Full-Time
RANGE OF PAY: HEA Salary Schedule. Based on education and experience
BENEFITS: HEA, TRS, Voluntary Retirement, Insurance
CLASSIFICATION: HEA

SUMMARY: Teaches students academic, social, and motor skills following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. Creates engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred; appropriate valid Illinois PEL (Professional Educators License) with Physical Education endorsement required.
