This is a permanent and full time position starting on 1 August 2026
As a Secondary Teacher, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Teach EPS in French to Secondary school students (Years 6 to 12)
Prepare students for examinations
Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standards expected
Embrace the French-Australian work culture of our School
An ability to teach across different subject areas would be an advantage
The selected candidate will be in charge of the tennis ***** squad students

Remuneration as per the Independent Schools NSW/ACT industrial agreement (Annual full time base between a minimum of $94 155 AUD and a maximum of $133 009 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience)
Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree + Master's degree in education + competitive examination (CAPES/Agrégation), subject to assessment by Australian agencies
Minimum of 4 years' full-time experience
Previous experience in the French Education system, in collège and lycée
Native speaker French plus English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS overall band score of at least 5.0, with no component below 4.5
Knowledge of the AEFE network and the French education system abroad
Ability to teach across subject areas is highly regarded
Experience gained in coaching/teaching tennis
Relational and reflective classroom teacher and collaborative community member focused on improving educational outcomes
Demonstrated ability to engage with students using inclusive and innovative pedagogical practices
