• Position Overview: The Photographer and Video Editor is a creative professional responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and producing engaging video content. This individual will play a crucial role in creating visual assets that align with the company's brand, marketing, and communication strategies. They will need to possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of storytelling through visuals.
• Key Responsibilities:
Photography: Capture high-resolution, compelling images that convey the desired message or story.
Use various camera equipment and techniques to achieve desired results in different environments and lighting conditions.
Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
Organize and manage a library of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
Videography: Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio quality.
Operate video cameras, drones, and other equipment proficiently to achieve cinematic and dynamic shots.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects.
Edit video footage to create polished, professional-quality videos for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal communications.
Post-Production: Edit and enhance both photographs and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Ensure consistency in visual style and brand guidelines across all media.
Creative Development: Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for photo and video projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in photography and videography.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure visual content aligns with marketing objectives and brand identity.
Equipment and Maintenance: Maintain and care for photography and video equipment to ensure their optimal performance.
Stay informed about new equipment and technology advancements in the field.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver results that exceed expectations.
• Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a professional photographer and video editor.
- Proficiency in using DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and video equipment.
- Expertise in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of photography and video editing skills.
- Understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory in photography and videography.
- Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and resolutions for different platforms.
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
