Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative
Location: Airoli
Salary:
• Freshers: Up to 3 LPA, approx. 21k in hand
• MBA Freshers: Up to 4 LPA, Upto 2+k in hand

Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate degree mandatory (2026 & 2026 Graduates Must have Final year Marksheet & passing certificate)
Language: Fluent in English

Experience: Relevant BFSI/BPO experience preferred
Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, ability to cross-sell banking products
Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Customer service calls with professionalism and efficiency
Drive Promotion of banking products to meet targets
