Responsibility :

Maintaining positive customer relationships.Identifying the wants and requirements of customers.Keeping up with the most up-to-date methods for customer retention.

Good interpersonal skillsPeople with exceptional qualities and abilities to solve problems.Proficiency in English or Hindi with effective communication skillsGood customer service skills.
