In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced pharmacists (0-5 years) looking to build a career in pharmaceutical operations and quality management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and guide the pharmacy team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for pharmaceutical products and services.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and improve quality control measures.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold quality standards and follow safety protocols.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, prescriptions, and quality reports.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or quality control.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with computerized pharmacy systems and MS Office.
