Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently as per prescriptions.
• Maintain proper inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Provide drug information and educate patients on proper medication use.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Participate in the supervision and training of pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in pharmaceutical practice.
• Perform medication reconciliation and review for hospitalized patients.
• Monitor for drug interactions, adverse effects, and therapeutic duplications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Registered with the State Pharmacy Council of Rajasthan.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
