What you’ll do
We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and patient care.


Roles and Responsibility


Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.

Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.

Conduct regular patient assessments to identify potential medication interactions or side effects.

Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.


Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with pharmacy information systems and software.
