Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager - Project Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing and team management. They will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns from proposal to reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Send Proposal & Campaign Design:
- Craft compelling proposals for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Design innovative campaign strategies to meet client objectives.
2. Campaign Creation & Execution:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Creator Management:
- Identify and onboard suitable creators for each campaign.
- Provide creators with necessary campaign details and guidelines.
5. Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
6. Client Management & Reporting:
- Regularly update clients on campaign progress and performance.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and analysis.
7. Quality Control:
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
8. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of interns and execution agents.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
+. Database Maintenance:
- Maintain a database of creators, clients, and campaign data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus.
