Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a PGT History Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing and managing the history curriculum, preparing students for exams, and creating a stimulating learning environment. Responsibilities also include fostering critical thinking through discussions on World and American history while aligning teaching methods with educational best practices.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding and expertise in World History and American History
• Skills in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and History Education
• Proficiency in designing engaging and informative teaching materials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in History or Education, with a teaching certification
• Prior experience in teaching higher secondary-level history is preferred
• An innovative teaching approach and ability to adapt to different learning styles
