β’ Lesson Planning β Design creative, interactive lesson plans that enhance comprehension and writing skills.
β’ Student Assessment β Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
β’ Language Enrichment β Organize debates, literary clubs, and creative writing sessions.
β’ Academic Mentorship β Guide students in preparing for board exams and competitive entrance tests.
β’ Professional Collaboration β Work closely with colleagues to ensure holistic student development.
π Requirements
β’ Masterβs Degree in English Literature or Language.
β’ B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience teaching senior secondary English.
β’ Strong command of grammar, composition, and literary analysis.
β’ Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
