Description:
We have an opening for a full-time Pest Control Technician position. Duties will include: but not limited.
Manage the route assigned to him/her.
Plans the day’s work.
Completes all contracts and all assigned work on his/her route before the end of each month and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Handles complaints and call-backs promptly.
Follows up by telephone to ensure problems are solved to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Reports problem accounts to the Supervisor/Manager and requests assistance if needed.
Assumes responsibility for the chemicals/pesticides in his/her care and applies pesticides only in accordance with label instructions and within the regulations and guidelines established by the Company and Government regulatory agencies.
Records accurately the type of pesticide, percentage and amount of all pesticides used on all service tickets as required by the Company and Government regulatory agencies.
Completes Company contracts and service tickets and other documentation by obtaining client’s signature at completion of each service.
Collects and submits money for C.O.D accounts with the supporting paperwork.
Completes a daily report of work completed, collections made and a summary of other activities and submit it to the office no later than two days after the work was completed or C.O.D was collected.
Work after hours, early mornings, evenings, late nights etc. in case requested by client or required by the nature of job being rendered.
Secures new profitable contractual gain for the Company by making sufficient sales calls each month to meet the sales quota set by the Company.
Requirements:
Valid G driver's license
Clean driving abstract record
Flexible shift work
Structural Exterminator / Pesticide Applicator License (REQUIRED)
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
