Personal Trainer
Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle personal training business management effectively.
• Build and sustain an active client base that fosters long-term relationships.
• Maintain an organized and accurate schedule for client appointments, meetings, and availability.
• Promote and sell personal training services through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and offerings.
• Service and Hospitality:
• Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and offer complimentary services to club members.
• Engage with members to enhance their workout experience and overall satisfaction.
• Create and deliver personalized training programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Ensure a safe and organized fitness environment during all sessions.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in Continuing Education opportunities to deepen your knowledge and qualify for advancement.
• Engage in required meetings and discussions with management.
Qualifications:
• Valid Personal Training certification or a commitment to obtaining one through our reimbursement program.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required; we offer certification opportunities for applicants who need one.
• A genuine passion for fitness and an eagerness to help others achieve their goals.
• Availability to work on weekdays and weekends, in person.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Must be energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Compensation Details: $40.50 - $98.00 per session; $16.50/hr for non-session work; additional incentive bonuses available.
