Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Trainer role based in Sultanpur, New Delhi-110030. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver safe, effective, and personalized workout programs for members across different fitness levels, including one-on-one and small group sessions. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, demonstrating exercises with proper form, monitoring member progress, and adjusting plans as needed. The role involves providing guidance on lifestyle and basic nutrition, supporting weight management and functional training goals, and collaborating with other trainers and instructors to enhance member experience. The Personal Trainer will also help maintain equipment areas, ensure a clean and safe training environment.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills, with the ability to design tailored workout programs and coach members safely.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Circuit Training and functional training methods to support endurance, strength, and overall performance.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Nutrition to provide basic guidance aligned with members’ fitness and weight management objectives.
• Relevant certifications in personal training or fitness instruction from recognized bodies are highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work inclusively with diverse member groups.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises safely, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional, member-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a gym, fitness club
