Personal Sports Physiotherapist

Allied Pharmacies is expanding its in-store health services and is looking for a passionate, qualified Sports Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to deliver personalised, one-to-one physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation services directly within our pharmacy environment, making expert care more accessible to our community.

Working 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available including evenings and Saturdays, you will assess, treat and rehabilitate patients with sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative needs, building lasting relationships within our loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
Deliver hands-on physiotherapy including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation and sports taping

Design and supervise rehabilitation programmes for sports injuries and MSK conditions
Provide injury prevention advice, performance optimisation and lifestyle guidance
Maintain accurate clinical records and liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Promote Allied Pharmacies' physiotherapy and health services to existing and new customers

Collaborate with our pharmacy team to support holistic patient care

Desirable Requirements

BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
Current HCPC registration (essential)
Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) membership preferred
Demonstrable experience in sports injury assessment and rehabilitation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
Committed to CPD and evidence-based practice
Postgraduate qualification in sports physiotherapy or MSK
Experience in a private practice or community health setting
Sports taping/strapping certification (e.g. Kinesio Taping)
