We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual to make a significant impact in our firm and the lives of our clients. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will handle a high volume of cases from inception through trial and will be responsible for the management and litigation of a volume caseload of serious personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless drive to achieve justice for clients.
Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support claims.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular case updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven track record of successful litigation experience, including trials.
• Proficient in legal research and strong knowledge of personal injury law.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
