We are a small local aged care associate provider. We are looking for qualified personal care assistants to join our business. We attend clients in their homes for personal care, domestic care, respite, meal prep, transport to appointments.
CASUAL SHIFTS AVAILABLE – Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Aged Care
Location: Bacchus Marsh and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: $45-50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Are you a qualified and compassionate PCA with at least 6 months of experience in Australian Aged Care? Bacchus Home Care are looking for reliable and flexible carers to fill casual shifts across aged care clients from Melton to Gisborne to Ballan and occasionally Werribee.
Role Highlights:
Contribute to a supportive and respectful care environment
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of PCA experience in an Australian aged care setting
Provide person-centred care to elderly residents
Support with ADLs including showering, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in client conditions

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Up-to-date COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
Excellent communication and time management skills
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed
Valid national Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $44.96 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
Work Location: In person
