• Need to manage & handling the portfolio of Gold Loan customers • New customer acquisition for Gold loan • Responsible for monthly business volumes and month end budgets • Achieve cross sell budgets if any • Ensuring KYC compliance • Follow up for timely payment of interest and the principle • Assistance in Gold Valuation and execution of documents/registers • Credit Appraisal of Loans • Cater to Walk In Customers • Conduct Marketing campaigns as required • Data Entry in system • Sourcing new customers, enhancing existing relationships , analyzing needs, cross sell of products & services Requirements Educational Qualifications: Graduation/Post-Graduation • Experience: 2+ yr. exposure in Gold loan sales & service only. • Need to manage & handling the portfolio of Gold Loan customers • New customer acquisition for Gold loan Benefits D2 Grade and opportunity to earn around 10 Lac of Performance Linked Incentive.
