We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant (Casual)
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support our team and ensure everything runs seamlessly. This casual role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.
Location: Northern Beaches
Role: Casual (2-3 days a week)
We are open to university students applying!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate emails and other correspondence
Assist with general administrative duties
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Provide professional support across multiple areas of the business
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, events, or projects
Coordinate email correspondence and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
Source and organise supplies or services when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude
Able to work independently and take initiative
