WedField Events is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Event Management Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate internal and external communications, assist in event planning activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the Director.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
• Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and reminders
• Act as a point of contact between the Director and clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality of all company and client-related information
Event Management Assistance
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weddings, corporate events, and social events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists, and logistics teams
• Track event timelines, checklists, and budgets under the Director’s guidance
• Attend events when required and provide on-ground coordination support
