Carlin Team is one of Perth's leading independent real estate agencies, with 160+ sales a year and a reputation for high-performance service across Atwell, Hammond Park, Aubin Grove, South Lake and surrounding suburbs.
We're looking for an experienced PA / Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced team immediately.
About the role
You'll support our Director and sales team with the day-to-day administration that keeps a high-volume agency running smoothly — from listing paperwork and contract management to diary coordination and client communication.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year's experience in a real estate PA, sales administrator, or similar role (essential)
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with CRM and general office software
A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who takes ownership
