We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Personal Assistant. This is an entry-level role where you will support our Director with a mix of personal and administrative tasks. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, stay organized, and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Helping with travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) and basic visa paperwork.
Managing the daily schedule, reminders, and appointments.
Supporting with simple financial tasks like tracking bill payments and insurance renewals.
Keeping records and documents organized.
Assisting with personal errands (deliveries, reservations, bookings).
Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Helping with event planning such as dinner reservations or movie outings.
Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Organized, quick learner, and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Comfortable using basic online tools (email, Google search, apps, etc.).
Honest, discreet, and dependable.
Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
Freshers are welcome—training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
