We are seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our team at Southern Highlands Private Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care. As a Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse IV Qualified professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in the perioperative environment.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be part of an experienced and close-knit team that prioritizes patient safety and high-quality care. You will have the opportunity to work across various specialties, including Operating Theatres and Waratah Ward, with a focus on providing excellent attention to detail and customer service.
The successful candidate will possess a positive and collaborative approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. They will also demonstrate:
Current nursing registration with AHPRA
Enrolled Nurses to have medication endorsement and IV qualification
At least two years of post-graduate acute hospital experience
Minimum 12 months specialty experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including early and late shifts, with an on-call roster to cover overnight, weekends and public holidays.
