Job Description
To assess the patient condition by going through the case sheet and collect the details of the patient like height, weight, Hemoglobin, calculating the BSA and blood flow rates, size and type of cannula and decide the type and size of oxygenator
Notice any high risk factors of the patient and decide the type of pump to be used
Look for any other complications like renal abnormalities, Intravenous dysfunction and neurological problems and get ready to use the intra-aortic balloon pump centrifugal pump and air filter
