Job Description:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in SaaS marketing who excels in creating and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running successful campaigns across various platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, optimizing marketing and sales funnels, and driving conversions across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• 360-Degree Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• GTM Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our business goals, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and online advertising to maximize visibility and traffic.
• Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Design and execute targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and boost conversions.
• Marketing & Sales Funnels: Develop, monitor, and optimize marketing and sales funnels to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and make informed decisions to enhance marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly within the SaaS industry.
• Strong experience in running successful campaigns on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies, marketing, and sales funnels.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
