Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on communication skills. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive growth and enhance our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert potential clients through various digital marketing channels.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and utilize data insights to improve strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and content, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations in a concise manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and client acquisition.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.

Skills

Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Campaign Management: Experience with campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
SEO/SEM: Understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing best practices.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
