We are currently recruiting for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Programmatic) as part of the growth of our Marketing team. This person will manage performance marketing campaigns across Google & Programmatic channels and be responsible for their performance.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create and manage Google Ads & Programmatic ad campaigns across the whole marketing funnel
Manage the platform’s daily budgets and spend pacing in adherence to allocations in order to drive desired returns
Measure, refine & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative and landing pages to optimize conversion
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
Requirements
An ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves digital marketing and wants to work with a rockstar team and learn & grow together.
Ideally the candidate has experience of over 2 years of setting up and running campaigns across near ad networks & programmatic channels.
We expect the candidate to be good with numbers as the performance team at Eyewa has a highly data driven culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven about data and loves execution & loves solving problems.
Good to haves would be experience working in the GCC and experience working with iOS for performance marketing
