Clearica Skin Care, founded in 2020, is a revolutionary skin care brand powered by plant science. Known for its expansive plant library, patented extraction process, high-performance plant extracts and phytochemicals, Clearica Skin Care is the one of the only brands in the industry to have 4000 unique plant extracts, 25,000 botanical fractions and 1000 pure compounds.Clearica focuses on the Acne space specifically, we understand that it is a multi-dimensional skin condition that is not easy to resolve and requires a holistic and efficient approach.
Job Brief:
We are currently looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness in the Beauty Space
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
• Developing and managing digital prospecting, remarketing & conversion campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads – A/B testing.
• Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
Key Requirements:
• Must be familiar with the Beauty space, whether having worked in the field or having great knowledge/passion for beauty – specifically skin care.
• Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
• Have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
• Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics,and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
• Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
• Team player and work well with your teammates.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience on Amazon search (AMS) preferred. Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus
