Position Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Paid Ads Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) that drive growth and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing goals.
Data Analysis Optimization
Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and develop actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to increase conversions.
Budget Management
Allocate and manage ad spend across channels for optimal results.
Conduct ongoing cost-benefit analyses to ensure efficient use of resources.
Audience Targeting Research
Perform market research to identify and segment target audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead and optimize strategies.
Reporting Communication
Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
Maintain transparent communication on campaign outcomes, optimization tactics, and new growth opportunities.
Strategic Innovation
Experiment with new platforms, beta features, and emerging digital channels to expand reach and discover new revenue streams.

Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record in performance marketing or paid media management with measurable results.
