At Meatigo, we are redefining the future of on-demand meat delivery. As we continue to scale up and prepare ourselves for the next round of growth, we're building a small but talented team of Performance & Digital Marketers to enable us to achieve our vision of connecting users to better meat from Meatigo - with laser cut focus on who we target, how do we ensure we get the clicks and ensure RoAS targets are met.
What will you be handling?
Media Strategy & Execution:
· Manage paid digital campaigns and have experience across multiple digital channels centered around Facebook and Google. Programmatic experience would be a plus
· Leverage data insights for optimization opportunities and implement strategic bid adjustments to improve every channel
· Understand creatives, run experiments and scale winning campaigns
· Identify capabilities needed to deliver optimal performance against set KPIs
Creative/Content Strategy:
· Provide strategic insight for campaign plans as well as during post campaign analysis
· Perform creative research and always know the characteristics of a high performing ad
· Generate insights, ideas, and strategies that supports the creative team to develop ads
Measurement & Reporting:
· Define and report key metrics to monitor user experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI
· Own the aggregation of data across the various digital channels
· Be the point person for launch dates, reporting and creative assets
· Perform analysis across various aspects of each channel
· Identify any issues in performance & develop working solutions for them
You Will:
· Have at least 4-6 years experience of previous digital campaign management experience, preferably at an performance marketing agency or adtech firm
· Must have advanced Excel Skills - This is a must
· Be smart, independent, and have a strong passion for digital media and media buying
· Work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with great opportunity for learning and growth
· Have familiarity with Google Analytics, link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, and online attribution concepts
· Have effective time management, analytical, and organizational skills
